Ihre Aufgaben

• Create and/or coordinate the design and production of advertising and promotional material to support marketing strategies and sales objectives
• Design brand visual identity through the development/use of toolboxes and guardrails
• Develop clear, concise and compelling creative concepts that align with the brand positioning and engage consumers in the brand.
• Use storylines, visual styles, tone, messaging and new technologies to drive distinctiveness and differentiation.
• Develop a wide range of content (animations, still visuals, videos, banners, infographics, etc.) for various channels
• Ensure messaging consistency and cross-channel synergies
• Measure and analyze the performance of content to continually improve the effectiveness of content created
• Maintain and execute content calendar via project management of toolboxes.

Das bringen Sie mit

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics in the field of marketing/digital marketing, communication/journalism or comparable
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position, particularly with campaign development, ATL and BTL
• Experience in dealing with customers and managing agencies
• Excellent project management skills and very good understanding of the target group
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Photoshop an advantage
• A strong “hands-on” mentality and a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working
